My Account

How to open an account?

Opening an account at heartOMG.com is easy. Just click sign in or when you place an order, you can select Shipping to create an account. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive emails about your order.

How to update my information?

You can update your account info by signing in to “My Account” using your current e-mail address and password. Click on “Edit” on the screen under “Account Details.” From this page, you can edit your saved account information. Please be sure to click “Continue” once you finish editing.

How to reset my password?

Simply click sign in now to access your account and click on “password recovery” to answer your security question. Your password will be emailed to you accordingly.

Order Information

How to place an order?

When you see an item you love, please specify the color, size and quantity options you prefer then click on "ADD TO YOUR BAG." After you add an Item, you may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. At any time you can click on "MY BAG" to confirm your items. After you have made your changes and updates as desired, click on "CHECK OUT" to finish. You will then be prompted to fill out shipping and billing info. Finish by clicking “PLACE MY ORDER.” Be sure to look out for a confirmation email in your inbox soon after.

When I put an item in my shopping bag, does it guarantee I have the merchandise?

Unfortunately, if another customer purchases the remainder stock of your item before you complete your order placement, the item will be shown as unavailable when you proceed with checkout.

How to place a gift order?

The gift of Heart OMG makes everyone smile! To send a gift, you will have the option to giftwrap your purchase at checkout. Once you choose this option, a gift invoice with no price information will be included with your package.

Do you accept international orders?

heartOMG.com accepts orders from worldwide. Now, you can feel the precious love & joy no matter where you are in the world.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

After you have clicked “PLACE MY ORDER,” your order begins to process. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quick as possible; therefore, we are unable to make any change to your order once it is in the system. However, you can simply exchange or return the unwanted item to us. Please see exchange & returns for instructions.

What methods of payment are accepted online?

heartOMG.com accepts following methods of payment: American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We currently do not accept Paypal. If you think we should, please email us your suggestions.

Online Credit and Gift Card

What is ♥OMG online credit?

Heart OMG online credit is the credit which you may use for your future purchase at heartOMG.com. You will receive Online Credit when you specified to “Receive Online Credit” on your return form.

How do I obtain my online credit balance?

You can view your heartOMG.com credit balance in “View Order History” in your “My Account” page.

Shipping

What are the shipping methods?

Depending on the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

How to expedite my delivery?

In general, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for a faster delivery (such as a 2- day or 1-day delivery). Please note that if you choose to upgrade your shipping method to 2-day or faster, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 10:00 am PST in order for your package to be shipped the same day. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.

What are the shipping rates?

Free standard shipping is offered to all US orders of $75.00 & above & all international orders of $150 & above. Please click here for additional shipping rates.

How do I ship to multiple addresses with different shipping methods?

You can ship to multiple addresses and applying different shipping methods only by separate checkouts.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We currently do not ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO address.

How to track my order?

After you complete your transaction on heartOMG.com, an e-mail containing the order number will be sent to your specified e-mail address. To track your order, log in to “MY ACCOUNT” and click “Order Status.” The order number from your e-mail will be listed with its status. If your order has shipped, you’ll be able to find your tracking number in Order Status as well.
